Moving a house or office? You need to store your files and stamp collection somewhere. It won’t fit in the small moving box… It’s too small for the large moving box… It fits just right in the medium moving box!

Medium moving boxes come in a nice brown colour, or if you’re lucky, beige. The qualities of boxes differ, which means they can take different weights. Made out of corrugated cardboard and bought flat packed. You have to assemble them from a flat packed state which sometimes requires taping, and even if it doesn’t, taping does strengthen the box.


What's The Size?

The size of a medium sized moving box is approximately 40cm by 40cm by 40cm (height, width and depth).This can hold 3.5kg, or 7.7 pounds weight of items. I think this is quite a lot for the size; easily enough for most things and the box won’t fall apart. The box is also fully recyclable. But like most people you would probably take about three months before you empty the last box, you lazy person.

Buy In A Batch: Save Some Money

For a set of 5 of these boxes you can expect to pay around $10 to $15, the more you buy the less per box it will cost you. It’s cheaper than hiring a moving company though!
